I admit defeat. NaNo, you have won.

School and life have sapped my time and I can't go on. Plus, my SPN plot won't pan out into 50k before the end of season 4. And rewatching/writing most of season five in 15 days sounded bonkers. At least you got the bug in my ear to work on my fics and inspired new ones!

So at 20k, I'm backing out of the race.

NaNo isn't so scary now that I've swapped to writing my fan fiction of SPN for it. It's actually easier.

And why did I make the dumb decision to watch Karla on Lifetime last night? x.x Because I so didn't sleep right last night...

You scared me into changing my story and deciding to write the entirety of my fan fiction for Supernatural with "Adventure" in the title. Tacking 50k to the 4k that I had looks a little easier now that I'm not creating everything on my own.

Five freaking days left.

Seriously, where has the month gone? Dragon*Con came and went like a snap and now it's already almost my birthday... FFFS.

The part of my brain that thinks up muses, verses, and characters is apparently alive again. I've got two characters in the works that are original and I'm going full speed now with Advanture into the Apocalypse.
